Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We're working on bringing THE CARBN PROJECT™ to more countries.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery speed you choose.

Duties and taxes

Canadian orders may be charged duties or import taxes on delivery. These are set by customs, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

If your package doesn't arrive

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan a parcel before it reaches you. If it still hasn't turned up, email hello@thecarbnproject.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and sort it out.

Wrong or incomplete address

Let us know as soon as possible and we'll correct the address if the order hasn't shipped. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't redirect it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at your cost.
