Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you're not, here's how it works.

Return window

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unworn and in original condition. We can't accept anything that's been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Return shipping

U.S. returns are free — email us and we'll send a prepaid label.

Canadian returns are at your own cost. Email us and we'll tell you where to send it. Any duties or import taxes paid on the original order aren't refundable.

How to start a return

Email hello@thecarbnproject.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll send instructions, and a prepaid label if you're in the U.S.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund to your original payment method. Allow 2–5 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is because of our error.

Exchanges

Exchanging for a different colorway? The new one ships as soon as your return is on its way back to us.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, email us within 30 days. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call — and we cover shipping wherever you are.
