A 5 minute journal format to give your time more life
Putting pen to paper is one of the most effective ways to be intentional about your time. Here's a simple framework we live by:
5 things you're grateful for
Nothing is too big or too small. Tonight's tacos. Someone who showed up for you. Gratitude builds through practice.
1 thing you're working toward
A goal that matters to you. It can stay the same for months, or shift with the day. As long as it's honest and really drives you.
1 thing you've done toward achieving that goal
If the goal is important, you'll have put energy toward it. If not, you've just found tomorrow's focus.
It's a quick, low-pressure daily practice for both presence and progress. It helps you appreciate the little things more and more over time. And ensures you don't lose track of that dream you've been put on this planet to accomplish.
